USM looks to be their usual above-average self, while Tulsa looks to have continued their momentum from the last few years. Southern Miss looked less than spectacular beating UCF, while Tulsa beating Navy looks way better now. So does Tulsa's loss to BYU, actually. And Tulsa's at home! So I pick Tulsa.
